Key Responsibilities
As a Technical Integration Specialist, you'll be on the front lines of ensuring smooth, seamless integrations that directly impact our clients' success. Working closely with your team lead and cross-functional partners, you'll play a hands-on role in onboarding clients and keeping our integration ecosystem running at its best. Here's what you'll be doing:
● Execute Integrations: Own the day-to-day implementation of integration workflows, supporting the smooth onboarding of our European and North American customers.
● Manage Data Imports: Configure and maintain data import jobs from various sources, including FTP servers and APIs, ensuring accuracy and reliability.
● Coordinate with IMS Providers: Reach out to Automotive Inventory Management System (IMS) providers (such as vAuto, Homenet) to gather technical details needed for seamless client onboarding.
● Troubleshoot & Resolve Issues: Identify technical challenges quickly, dig into root causes, and drive resolutions - independently and thoroughly.
● Support and Collaborate: Work hand-in-hand with Customer Success and Support teams to understand client needs from a technical perspective and deliver solutions that make a real difference.
● Cross-Team Collaboration: Serve as a reliable point of contact between global teams (India, France, Austria), bridging technical support and backend engineers to keep operations running smoothly.

Required Profile
Hard Skills & Experience:
● Proficiency in SQL for data analysis and troubleshooting
● Experience with Python scripting and automation
● Basic knowledge of PHP and web technologies
● Familiarity with APIs, integrations, and development environments
● Comfortable working in Unix/Linux-based environments

Nice to Have:

● Experience with CRM tools, cloud service providers, and data/log analytical tools.

● Education: A Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or a related field.

Soft Skills:
● Strong problem-solving mindset with exceptional attention to detail
● Highly organized, self-driven, and capable of working independently
● A collaborative team player who communicates clearly with diverse stakeholders
● Fluent in English (written and spoken)
